Payment Policies
	I accept paypal, personal checks, and money orders. Paypal purchases will have a 3% surcharge added. Deposits to hold paintings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Policies
	Buyer will pay actual shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all loss or damage in shipping.

Return Policies

If Buyer is not satisfied with the painting, he/she must contact the Artist within 3 days after the Work is received. Artist will do what she can to fix the problem, and if that’s not possible, the purchaser can return the work, and the final payment will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the Artwork during approval period. All returns must be insured and shipped at buyer’s expense in the original packing box. Artwork must be received in the original condition. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.

Ownership
	Upon final payment, the Buyer becomes the legal owner of the Artwork with all rights and privileges, with the exceptions noted below

Reproduction Rights
	Artist retains all copyright rights and rights to reproduce the Painting in all forms.
